How do I book a package?

To book one or multiple packages, click on the “select package” icon directly beneath the chosen package, fill out the form with some basic information and then hit confirm. You will be redirected to a payment page and receive an automated confirmation once complete

When do I make payment?

You make payment when booking a package with us before taking advantage of our travel consultation. Payment can be made through Paypal either via our website or a payment link sent directly to your email. You have the option to pay in full or pay in instalments if this option is available.

Do I have to commit to a package or can I make an enquiry first?

You can contact us at any time without committing if you have questions or want to find out more about our services. However to take advantage of our travel consultation you will need to commit to one of our packages. If you decide not to proceed with our services after this point you will be refunded 60% of the fee paid.

Do you accommodate last minute requests?

We try our best to accommodate last minute requests though this is subject to timing and availability. Please do contact us for any urgent requests and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I am thinking of having a Bachelorette/Stag do/a group trip as a holiday or staycation, can Travaholics assist?

We certainly can! Please email travaholicstravel@gmail.com and a member of the team will get back to you

When will I receive my itinerary?

Following your consultation we will liaise with you on your requirements. A draft itinerary will be sent to you 3 weeks before your travel date. We allow room for minor changes, after which a final version will be sent. In addition we provide a Travel check list in the week leading up to your trip

What will be included in my itinerary?

Your itinerary is essentially your go to travel pack. It contains every single bit of information relevant to your holiday including flight details, hotel information (address, check-in & check out times, meal timings etc), suggested restaurants, tour(s) details and a lot more. We want you to open your itinerary on each day and know exactly what you will be doing or at least have some great options.

How do I make payment for tours and hotels booked by Travaholics?

Before any bookings are made, we will send you a costs summary and then send you a secure link to make payment.

Will Travaholics also be booking flights?

Yes we do assist with booking flights
